Went in to get a battery installed on my sebring. Batteries are under the wheel well, yikes. I was told by the gentleman that called it in from the auto parts store that i would be charged around 50+ dollars. I got there and battery was installed in less than 20 minutes and was told the price was $105. I asked why, and was told by the lead that it was a job that was almost an hour. After telling him the young guy was done, he said okay i'll charge you $56. I payed and drove off, and noticed my covering to the battery was missing, i blew it off as it was ok due to already feeling the dishonesty and wanting to get away and never go back or recommend. I called my husband who said go back and get the cover. When i went back and asked for it, guess what i was told? I must have lost it because it was put on. I reiterated, i saw it missing when i drove off and only went down the road to the next light. I was told repeatedly it was put on and he searched with me all over for the part. He also tried to distract me by saying, look you are also missing your rim cap! That had nothing to do with my battery cover. I decided to say the heck with the cover, if it would not harm my battery. Never will i go back to a dishonest business again! Fool me once but never twice!
