  • Quick and easy. It's just a few steps across my car fixer upper guys at Gerber Collisions. There's only 3 seats in front of the agent's desk. So its a bit crammy in there when 3 seats are filled. I sat in there no longer than 15 minutes. Picked my choice car in the parking lot and out I went. When I came back to return the car, no more than 5 minutes. Checked in, he checked the car and again out I went again. If you've got questions, they've got answers. Of you don't understand, they will clarify. The car I rented was nice and clean, just a reminder, fill your tank up before you return it or they'll charge you 5.99 per gallon. They do have a small lot of cars to choose from BUT if you want a particular car in mind they just might have it at another location that's close by. Easy, peasy.
