  • First night was just fine room looks bigger in picture tried to rebook around 8am because I had a fever and my fiance was given a conformation # and told she didn't have to go to office. At 11:45 am snobby rude employee knocked on our door asking what time we would be getting out We explained we had rebooked and had no intention of leaving.we were treated like if we were trying to steal from them we called customer relations. They set them straight and took our complaint seriously never stay at that one again but will stay at other extended stays
