  • The staff was friendly and helpful for the most part. The problems arose after we were sold a diamond that was not even close to being worth what we were told it was. We had it appraised at another jeweler, knowing it would be off a bit in clarity, and color as it is allowed to be to a certain extent. But we paid thousands more than we should have. Then they allowed the diamond to be set into a ring that was too small for the diamond. It looked awful. When we returned the ring they tried as expected to make it right and to try to get us to buy a different ring. The manager said she would look into a few things and get back to me. She never did!
