  • What a disappointment! I called and asked for a deep tissue massage since they advertised it on their web site. I called for an appointment and the receptionist with a Russian accent said that I could come in right now for an appointment. I said that I would really like a deep tissue massage as advertised on their website and was willing to wait for an appointment with someone that was good with deep tissue. She said that if I waited a few days that I could be with someone that was really good. Although I would have liked to come in right then I decided to wait because I needed a deep tissue massage as there was a lot of tension in my upper back, shoulders and neck. In the treatment room I asked if she could break up some of the knots in my upper back at which she responded that she could not understand English and did not even try to understand what I was saying. Honestly, I would have been better off asking the 10 year old next door neighbor to apply suntan lotion to my back as that would have been more satisfying. It was a waste of my time and money and I don't blame the masseuse student but the receptionist. I was very specific of what I needed and I feel like she was just blowing me off.
