  • With so many iPhone repair shops around the Las Vegas area, it's so easy to drive down the street and find some mobile repair shop to replace a cracked glass screen. That was my train of thought as I threw my new iPhone 5 across the living room at my boyfriend, who refused to give me a bite of his fire-grilled beef arepa from Viva La Arepa. Boy was I wrong! After doing some shopping around for an iPhone glass screen replacement, I realized how hard it was to find a shop that I could trust 100% that my iPhone would be in the same like new condition that it was in before I used it as a projectile. A friend recommended me to Fones Gone Wild after getting his iPhone screen replaced. He explained to me that his phone was as good as new the moment he got it back from being repaired. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with open arms by Kim S. He was extremely helpful with answering the many concerned questions I had about the repair, assuring me that my iPhone would be in good hands and I'd have it back in no time. Kim's excellent customer service instilled enough confidence in me to go ahead and do the repair-something I had pushed off for about a month because of fear. I dropped my phone off and had some lunch at nearby Chipotle. I love Chipotle! Chipotle is my LIFE! An hour later I returned to Fones Gone Wild to find my iPhone 5 in brand spankin' new condition. Kim was even nice enough to offer a phone case just in case my boyfriend refused to share his beef arepa again. 2 months later I am happy to find my iPhone in complete functioning condition with a glass screen that is just as responsive as the day that I bought it. Nowadays, I recommend Fones Gone Wild to any of my friends and family that need any repair work done on their mobile devices. Excellent customer service that goes above and beyond a regular mobile phone repair shop. This is why Fones Gone Wild is getting 5 stars!
