  • Usually love this place. Today we had to ask three times for a outside table heater to be turned on. Which only happened after we asked for the manager. Our waitress dropped a beer on my husband's lap. She proceeded to blame him for dropping it and didn't offer to comp anything despite the fact it soaked a Christmas gift. Then in the women's bathroom there was a used toilet plunger in the middle of the bathroom and the towel dispenser was out of towels. Terrible experience, very disgusted by the service and cleanliness of this restaurant.
