  • Appreciated this place getting me in right away, and it's convenient. Doesn't make up for the lazy front office that can't check insurance to find if certain things are covered. They are open half a day on Friday's which was never mentioned and their business card doesn't reflect that. Tried to get a hold of them on Monday, once again the response was they work half the day, but got a little bit of the girl showing up late, haven't figured that one out yet. Left a message with their main office and never got a call back with an answer. Had to drive to this place to get my question answered, which I watied 15 minutes for so I left. They called me with the answer. It's bad when you have to go out of your way (drive to the actual place), to get an answer when your question could have been handled via telephone. Dr. Blocher seemed qualified but lost me when he recommended physical therapy before my two week check up. No, that's not how it works...you check my ankle out after the two weeks and go from there, unless this guy gets something on the side shipping you off somewhere else. I cancelled my check up, I can't stand this place...they simply don't care.
