  • I've been to several Chipotle's over the years and I've never been disappointed. I recently became intolerant to gluten so I now have to ask if everything is gluten free. I asked if the corn tortillas are gluten free and the ENTIRE staff immediately stopped production. Gloves were changed, staff was changed, counters were washed, gloves were changed again, utensils were swapped out, etc. I've never seen a restaurant so on top of the possibility of cross contamination. I don't have celiac disease just an allergy, but I so appreciate all the steps taken to ensure my safe dining experience. Way to go!!!!! The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is because they need to use 2 corn tortillas when making the tacos. The juices soaked through and my taco fell apart. I had to eat it with a knife and fork.
