  • I went there for my first time on 9/5 and had an awful experience. I kept my calm and still paid with tip $120 for a deluxe pedi and gel fill and paid $12 on each for the rock star colors. I love the color of my nails but during my pedicure my technician noticed on one of my toes I had a little ingrown nail and like I've had at any salon she tried to take care of it and ended up making it worse by not getting it and making me bleed. I'm so uncomfortable today from it and even had to mess with it to relive pressure and puss. Once we went to do my nails she cut me THREE times on my cuticles and knew it, she still proceeded to put chemicals and alcohol on my fingers causing me pain. I was so ready to get out of there I left in a rush and noticed that 3 of my nails are uneven and none of them were buffed on the ends so they are a bumpy mess. I'll be looking for a new nail salon and even if my review doesn't stop you from going, go to anyone besides Lucy!!!!
