Well after reading the other reviews I should have known. After the T-mobile update, my Note 4, which had been working great before decided it wanted to restart itself about 10 times a day. I went to this store, was told there was nothing they could do, and I would have to get an upgrade. The guy helping me talked up the LG V20 and told me it was the only phone he would get. After about 20 minutes in the store I decided to get it. I was told to wait because the safe is on a time delay of 10 minutes. 20 minutes later he sends a female employee out to tell me they have none in stock. I say ok and start to leave, she tells me to hold on, turns and goes to the back again. I am thinking ok maybe there is one after all. I wait another 10 minutes, she comes out and tells me there is none in stock......really? After 10 years with them, I will be shopping for another provider tonight. This is the 3rd perfectly working phone T-Mobile has killed with updates.
