rev:text	The nursing staff there are cold and do not talk to patients or potential clients with compassion or care. My wife and I chose a different hospital for her to give birth for this very reason. The staff are not welcoming, and the is extremely disappointing for a hospital to be this way. In general, people do not seem happy who work there, and they are more concerned with their policies than doing what is right for the family. We picked St. Joseph's for my wife to give birth, and we are SO GLAD we did! I have heard many stories about people who have birthed at Banner on Thunderbird, and stories about not being able to get a wheelchair because they are locked up when a woman is in labor, and nurses addressing patients and their families with a cold attitude and even distain in their voices. I recommend St. Joseph's or another hospital over Banner on Thunderbird any day. It is absurd...
