I got the Lavender Luxury Pedicure and thought it was just ok. As someone else said in their review, it wasn't the service but the products they use. My esthetician was great, really personable and even though I was late, I still was able to get the full treatment and she did a great job on my toe polish...they look great.
I gave 3 stars because it didn't necessarily feel like a "luxury" pedicure. The salt scrub was actually too course for my liking and the natural wax (paraffin alternative) they used didn't seem to penetrate the skin except to leave an oily layer. Also, after coming home (only 15 mins later) my feet were incredibly dry and I was expecting them to have a finer finish on the underside. I've had experiences where my heels were dry and after a treatment my feet felt like butter, this was not one of those times. Seems as if the tools used at the shop are possibly sub par as well as their products.
In short, skip the frills and get the basic mani/pedi.
