  • The car they leased my sister was a obvious bust. She was in need of a car desperately and she received a. Toyota Corolla that the transmission slips , okay not a horrible thing. The customer service of this establishment was horrible. Starting from Paul a sales person didn't throughly go over the contract with my sister. He didn't notify us that if a car is needed to be returned within the 24 time period it takes 10-14 business days too receive the money back. Moving to alex the rookie manager for a manager he had no solutions and when we asked for the GM. He tried talking us out of speaking with the general manager. and once we insisted , he got pissed and stormed off. The general manager although nice offered no solution so now we have too wait for 10-14 business days. No car or money for 14 days . He gave us false information on how contact corporate so all and all another shady car dealer. Be cautious when dealing with these people.
