I'd give it the exact 3.5 stars it has currently for almost no good reason: the waiter service is attentive and satisfactory---the food portions are gargantuan and generous---the interior is comfortable enough and has fun decoration.
The only issue is that picking a restaurant in Vegas gets you stuck in a vicinity for a long time unless you cab it. At Hash House, you're stuck at the Imperial Palace.
Food was good but not memorable.
