rev:text	If I could give them A 0 I would first off the so called manager , yes so called because any one that makes a person like that a manager is out of their mind. Her name is chelsea and she was so rude when I say rude I mean I was ready to reach over the counter and choke her, but I didnt because I had my family with me. I Called this hotel to make sure i was booking a 2 bed room suite i ask the girl more then once more then twice before i booked the room is it the two bed room suite she told me yes, i called the next day to comfirm the reservation and of course it was wrong I asked to speak with the manager and thats when she called me with that stank attitude, she asked me if i wanted to cancel or buy another room, Are you serious? Ok I let that slide because it was to late to get another room for under 200, I get there at 6:45 am March 14 and the office is not open untill 7am 15 min wait not that bad if they didnt open 10 min late i was tired and just got done driving 8 hours. Next I called the front desk for a extra pillow and cover not because i had a extra person in the room but because i wanted a extra cover on the bed, again rude she asked how many people are in the room i told her 3 she told me , not asked TOLD me im charging your card for extra person , i got really upset and went to the front desk its all how you talk to people customer service is key. The customer service sucks times 10. Last they charged my card so many times with charges they couldnt explain to me that was so annoying now i have to handle all this with my bank. Also i asked to speak with the owner so I can complain about his manager but they will no give up any information to contact him she told me to email her the complant and she will forward it to him, You want me to send you a email complaining about you to you email lol do i look like boo the foo.. I THINK NOT !!!! MY SHOES WHERE STOLEN !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE I KNOW THE ADDRESS MIGHT LOOK GOOD BUT YOU WILL REGRET THE STAY ....
