This has been my go-to store around the corner for the last 3 years. I'm not going there anymore. After 3 years of convenience and ease, using the 4 open self-checkout lanes, they have up and decided to go back in time and remove them, leaving 2 express lanes instead. They cite that it's in the name of a more personal experience. And maybe I'm alone here, but I don't go grocery shopping for the love of it, and certainly not to hang out with the staff. So if you decided that I should wait in a line for a personal customer service experience, then you have no idea what the customer actually wants. I want to get my chips and dip, waltz thru the checkout, and be on my way. If it isn't broken, don't fix it. I mean, who complained because they don't know their cashier well enough?
