  • Seeing all the positive reviews , I figured they have to be great. Boy was I wrong. Customer service is atrocious. The person handling the phones is condescending and doesn't know the first thing about customer service They must have a great marketing team.. I doubt their customers are giving them 5 star's. I was fooled. Hopefully you are not.
