  • I am not a review writer but this is completely not okay when working with brides!! I ordered my dress in February and it is now almost October...my wedding is in about 45 days and I still have no dress. When I called the girl on the phone was not helpful at all, so my mother called and got an attitude from her as well as no help. I am currently trying to get ahold of the owner and manager. Very dissatisfied and would not recommend this place to anyone which really sucks because when I picked my dress I loved it and the girls helping me. They need some serious help or this business is going in the toilet like the customer service did.
