Well how can I give less star's, they have so many bad reviews I guess I'm preaching to the choir. But my 2 cents. No one knows how to follow through and failed to outline their responsibilities as it relates to Medicare! Finally after a week of trying to get new equipment from a different supplier... they MEDONE had a salesman call me to tell me how stupid I was and that I didn't understand how Medicare worked for the CPAP PROGRAM. Of course when I started therapy 3 months ago, I would have thought they would have told me.
Don't call them unless you have 24 hrs. for a return call. And when i called for the director, I got a call back from the above salesman!!
