| - The staff here really know what they are doing. Great customer service! It's only my second time here and the cashier remembers how I like my tea. Sugar free. That's awesome and he made me smile. My order came out quick. It wasn't too crowded since it's Easter Sunday, but there was a family in front of me and even though the two people behind the counter are both working this holiday, they did it with a smile and looked happy to be there. Great job on hiring Starbucks!
To one corner there's a condiments and trash area where you can grab napkins, raw sugar or the option of sugar packets containing the following ingredients: monk fruit, fructose (unfortunately, good try on the healthy alternative to regular sugar), and stevia. If you are on the keto diet like me just bring your own Organic Stevia packet (Wholesome sells them in packets) if you like your beverage sweetened.
Love that this is walking distance for me and if you just want to get out for fresh air and be around people there are plenty of people coming in and out since it's in a business plaza where many employees come to grab coffee, tea, or food at Starbucks. It's also near a lot of residential buildings. The Camby hotel is literally right in front and the Biltmore Fashion mall is just across the street.
There's patio seating facing the Camby hotel within view of the mall for days you want to just enjoy Starbucks outside. There are restrooms inside, no key or code required. If you prefer high tables they have one high round table with 5 tall chairs. Free WiFi. To connect go to your WiFi icon and make sure it's on when you turn on your devices, select Google Starbucks and your browser should pop up with Starbucks connect landing page. Click the green connect button and you're in. If you are reading this review and decide to come out, hope you have a great experience like I did! It's a great place to work, read, and be around people.
