  • Better than most transit systems in cities of this size. It gets you where you need to go, the bus fleet is reasonably new and clean, but there are some serious flaws. Lack of a clear vision for the future (AKA a REAL rail system!?), and smart fare cards (which is supposedly coming). Also, the unions need to stop strangling the cash out of the Port Authority. I mean seriously......bus drivers making 90k a year? Something is wrong with that.
