  • There are so many good things that i have to say about Jeff, Zack and the Carlife team. I can begin by saying that they are unique! They are honest, trustworthy, caring and honest (i have to say this again) yes! Honest! Unfortunately, so many mechanics take advantage of their customers, specially of us women. Sigh!! Not here! Not at Carlife. They truly care and they have been so patient with me. I have continued to bring my car for an awful noise and they continued to explain that it was fine...in another place i would have been taken advantage and would have been charge every single time i brought my car so they can assess the noise. These guys are awesome!! Short story about how awesome these guys are...my brother had taken his car to a mechanic. He brought his car in to the Carlife team for some work. Jeff called my brother back and told him that the last job was poorly done, the parts that were placed in the car were used (NOT NEW!!!) and these were incorrectly done. My brother was given a price and since he did not have the money to fix it, my brother responded that he will pick up the car and will be back a later time once has the money. My mom later went to pick up the car but Jeff called my brother to tell him that he cannot let my mom drive the car un such conditions. He told him "I rather take the loss and not let your mom drive this car in these conditions". When have you heard of a mechanic that will care to this length about his clients. I will forever go to them. It shows how amazing these guys are.
