The ONLY Vietnamese restaurant that makes chicken pho the right way. I've had pho all over the valley since moving to Vegas in 2004 and this was the first time ever that my chicken pho was actually in chicken broth. Not only was the broth good but the free range chicken is served bone-in and with a great ginger fish sauce on the side for dipping. For those that don't want to be gnawing on chicken bone, they have a boneless sliced chicken breast option too. My friends know I make a mean pot of chicken pho but it's a 24hr process for me since I simmer the stock overnight. Now I can just go here if I don't feel like making a whole pot and just need to satisfy my craving! The mister won't eat anyone else's chicken pho except mine but I got him to try theirs and he said it was good but he really liked the nem nuong cuon the best! He said he would come back just for that!
We've had nem nuong cuon at other places but it's their sauce that makes it better than others. They also make it fresh so the nem is still warm and the rice paper wrapper is still soft.
Overall, a great option for Vegas and we will definitely be back again!
