  • Flew into town for a meeting and had to stop in at Carolinas. The place is in the middle of a neighborhood. It is a hole in the wall food establishment don't expect anything nice as far as the exterior or interior goes. I absolutely love the tortillas. Having not lived in Arizona and a few years I miss good authentic Mexican food. On this day I had a breakfast burrito eggs and chorizo. Very filling for how much they stuff into it. Looking for an extremely good tortilla come on in here if you're looking for a nice fancy restaurant think you again
