  • My experience at Richmond Station was a solid 4/5. I had the scallop crudo for the appetizer. It was very fresh, thinly cut, and well seasoned, but the portion was TINY. For the main, I had the rabbit two ways. Really enjoyed this dish, it was crispy on the outside and soooo tender on the inside, and perfectly seasoned. However, my favourite dish was definitely the dessert. I ordered the acid test, just out of curiosity from the name. The dish was an explosion of various flavours, and I loved the presentation (see photo), so innovative and creative! The service was pretty mediocre, hence the 4/5 rating.
