  • If I could give this review 0 stars. I am not a resident but the minute I walked in their lobby to potentially become one had me wanting to walk out that second. Their staff has no type of customer service drive. They treat you bad and pretty much ignore you when you walk in. It was move in day and the end of the month and they had 1-2 staff members. The guy I spoke to on the phone to view an apartment said he was on "his way out" as soon as I got there but yet another person came after me for help and he helped them. End of story nobody wanted to help me, they all had some type of attitude, they wouldn't answer calls and complained that people called a lot (it's your job, answer the damm phone), they took almost a week to get back to me with results about my application and when I would call they would say they're busy so to call them the next day!!!!!! I just couldn't anymore. I would never move here with that management. If you want a place to feel like home, this isn't it trust me!!!
