  • This is the worst Shearton and resort ever. If you want to be accused of and discriminated because of your gender, color, or ethnicity go here. Front desk manager Emily accused our party of smoking medical Marijuana because of our gender and race. Really??? Front staff needs customer service skills. The director Aaron speaks well, but his priority is his company first not the consumers who pays his bills. Ruined honeymoon due to a faulty alarm system, by the way when was the last time it was calibrated. Hmm awaken by 3 body guards and threaten to get kicked out. No smoking or vape just a candle as it was our honeymoon. Billed 250 because a faulty alarm went off. If you stay here beware, ask to see proof of the maintenance done on the system as they do become outdated and need to be cleaned. Check your credit card statement and dispute all charges you are disagree with. They are still holding money and it's been 11 days and the room was paid in full prior to arrival. They are liars!! They promised a fee would not be charged due to the candle and then I guess due to low cenus they pick on guest and charge them bogus charges. To all my staff, check your emails we will have the last 10 conferences to their competitors. I thought Shearton was a great place. What a joke!
