This was my favourite place for Pho. I especially loved the pork vermicelli with spring roll. So I was disappointed when I ate there a couple of weeks ago. The price has gone up but the food has gone downhill. The spring rolls used to be light and crispy. The one I had was oily. It tasted like it had been reheated in a microwave. The vermicelli was undercooked. The dish used to have fresh cilantro but there was none to be seen. The decor and service have never been especially good, but the food used to more than make up for it. I'm going to hope this was just a bad day and try them one more time. I couldn't help but notice that it wasn't nearly as busy as I'm used to. (I've been eating here over the last five years)
