  • Needed to do a pre-employment drug screen. Called this afternoon to find out if I needed an appointment. I was told, "try to come in by 7pm in case you get bladder shy - that gives you some time because we close at 8pm." I was never told that 7pm was a cut off and they would not administer the test after 7pm. I arrived at 7:21pm and was told they would not do it. Terrible customer service, especially when the woman was standing there that talked to me and denied what she said to me. Skip it and pick another location if you need this service. UPDATE: I called their corporate headquarters in the morning and the assured me that the screen should have been administered. Came back to give my sample and the front desk staff was nice as pie. I was greeted and everything... 360 degree from last night.
