My second trip to Hendrick Dodge Service Center wasn't as pleasant as my first. I was told multiple times that there was a recall on my vehicle, we discussed the recall during my previous visit, and I scheduled an appointment to get the item fixed.
When I came in for my appointment they could not find the recall. My service technician was not as helpful as my first visit, he did not look at the paperwork from my previous visit which would have had the recall information on it. It was frustrating that they told me I had a recall, discussed what needed to be done, made me make a new appointment, and then couldn't find it on the day of my appointment.
