  • I usually go to another stylist, but I had very poor experiences in trying to get booked since it is a corporate salon and lack of availability. Luckily, I was able to call Shaunelle THIS MORNING and she was able to squeeze me in TODAY. She did such an amazing job! I am actually surprised that she wasn't already booked up, especially after I saw how great my hair turned out. I am always a little bit leery of trying new stylists for fear of the unknown! But I am so glad I did, because this one was totally different. I told her exactly what I had in mind as far as color, and she hit it spot on. My hair looks so good. I told her that I wanted it to look really fun and trendy but it had to be professional because I have a "white collar career" which doesn't allow much extreme. She helped align my wants of "extreme", as well as conform to my work requirements. Her prices are affordable, and fair. Moreover, I feel better about myself while investing into a small business versus to a corporate salon. Additionally, I can honestly say that I will be back. Hindsight, I admit to myself that this was probably pure luck that she was able to fit me in today, maybe she had a cancellation or something... But she did say that she does her absolute best in accommodating her clients. And, I believe her.
