  • If I could, I'd give this company NO STARS. This company SUCKS!!! I was hooked up with this company through my home warranty company, American Home Shield. All we needed was a garbage disposal replaced. The company came out and verified the replacement but said they didn't have one to put on. "We'll call you tomorrow to reschedule a follow up." 4 days later, no call. I'm annoyed by this time. I call the tech. He blames the poor follow through on his company and gets pissy with me. Ok- try I call the company to tell them what is transpiring and they blame it on him. Awesome. Then they tell me they will put a master technician on the problem, but never do and I am stuck with the same guy on the next apt. Next apt comes around and I get a call saying they have to reschedule for the following day between 3 PM and 7 PM. At 7 PM the following day I get a call saying they can't come and need to reschedule again and will call me the following morning. No call. I called the company, and I get the owner on the phone and she is incredibly rude and nasty. Instant disrespect and complete disdain for me as a customer. It's rare that I am treated this way by a company, as I am a reasonable guy. Immediately I got off the phone and canceled all follow up with this company and scheduled a new company with my whole Morency company. Avoid this company because companies like these rip people off, lie to people, and treat them like garbage.
