| - With no additional consideration needed, the Optima Sonoran Village has been the most luxurious apartment complex I've lived in.
As an active male in my upper 20s, whom is career-oriented, I'd highly recommend the Optima to all ages.
The Optima provides a slew of amenities, all of which hold value: a mini-24-Hour-Fitness-like gym (saves one $50 a month and is 100 yards from your bedroom), full-court basketball court, ping pong, pool tables, steam rooms, locker rooms, outdoor pools, a putting green, covered parking (huge plus with the heat), state of the art gas grills (cleaned each morning), etc.
Additionally, a few perks often go unnoticed but become a staple in your day-to-day. Optima employs security guards in the evening hours to monitor the facility. Full-service door-to-door dry cleaning is an option. And most importantly, there is a free Starbucks machine in the community center (saves you $100 a month).
I lived here for 7 months and would plan to renew my lease if it wasn't for a recent career transition to Seattle.
Remind yourself of one thing: people often only post reviews if they are negative. The good things go unnoticed.
Do not let the previous negative reviews deter you from atleast stopping by. And when you stop by, ask for Heather. She is a rock star.
Enjoy.
