  • I took Tire Works 4 brand new in the box rims to have them switch out the tires from my current rims - same specs so I figured hey why not. I got good thread on these tires and they will fit - let me have the "pros" do it. Biggest mistake ever. They scratched my brand new rims!! In more than one place. I single handedly watch the guy putting the tire on the wheel with the metal crow bar lining thing do damage to the tire AND who ever mounted them on with the drill and screwing them back on the car scratched them. These rims were BRAND NEW in the box and already look old and damaged. I don't understand how a "company" can do such a thing. I would've just found someone on Craigslist for the same results... secondly all the rims were filthy - I got attitude when I asked ... "did they come dirty" the "biggest guy there" said just wipe them down when you get home.. no sorry I didn't give you dirty rims. Or scratched rims. And lastly. My interior of the car was filthy when I got it back. Had black hand prints on the seats and the steering wheel was disgusting. I will never ever ever ever ever refer recommend or tell anyone to go here. I'd advise you to find someone on Craigslist if you want work they do - or just go somewhere else. But please don't go to this location. These guys rushed a job on my 2017 car with brand new rims. Now I have to live with a bunch of brand new scratched rims. Thanks Tire Works Blue Diamond!!!
