  • We all know that the Aria's buffet when they first opened left much to be desired. It was almost Palace Stationesque in terms a food, quality and variety. I am happy to say since the revamp, the quality has improved. I think that they took a look a whats up the road at the Bacchanal and decide to copy the quality vs quantity theory. We came here on a Friday night at 6. I expected the line to be insane because of the Zarkana crowd but nope, not a single person in line so there was really no need to break out the M-Life balla status card. Updates from the previous experience: They now offer 2 carving stations with various cuts of meat. Much improved prime rib and briskets from the last time. Indian/ Middle-east station Fresh Naan! I didn't come here for Indian curry but it was on point with most Indian lunch buffet's that surround the strip. Asian Lots of dim sum selections but note, again I didn't come here for that however I did grab a set of char Siu Bao and shumai. They were decent but a little dried out since they were in the steamer racks for a while. Kalbi (Korean Short Ribs) were decent BUT.. Beware of bone fragments!! The meat was not cleaned well when it was cut. I ended up finding several fragments stuck on the meat. The is a dark horse for 3rd best buffet in town (behind Bacchanal for dinner and the Bellagio for brunch).
