  • We moved into one of the townhouses in the Wilkinsburg area in January and it was the best move that we made. It is not a brand new and updated, but everything is clean and works properly. We also have a dog and the waived the dog fee for the year. When we moved in there were a few things that we needed taken care of and the maintenance guys were at our place within hours. When my son was home he thought he smelled gas coming from the stove. We called the office and they sent one of the maintenance guys right over. It was not gas it was just the stove was older and had not been used so it was putting off a kerosene smell. The smell did not go away so they switched our stove out with a brand new one. Also the personnel in the office are great. We have spoke with many of them and they helped us with anything that we may have needed.
