rev:text	Prior to right now, at this very moment, I was not angry just simply bothered or disgusted. The latest update in this saga: it's officially 60 days...yes folks 2 months since I signed everything and not only do I not have a (1) plate but I have not received a replacement (2) Temporary Plate until the real one arrives but.... today I get a call saying I haven't responded to an email. Okay that is weird. I check for a Hyundai email ASAP and daaa daa duh duhhhh... my plate is not here because they didn't charge enough money and now I'll need another $505 or $550 to wrap things up. I guess no one BUT ME felt it necessary to check the math on the registration. When I gave the formula from the states website I was told, on the spot, by Gabe...oh wow thanks. Because we would have undercharged and would have had to cover the difference. They printed my email of said numbers, charged me based on the state requirements and I rolled into the financing while triple checking...so everything is fine? Got what you need? Let's go all this was not identified until 7.20.17 which is almost 8 weeks into the process... it begs the question: "What's been going on since May?" Even since June? I was told my insurance dec page was needed even though it was given days before I picked up the car. That was in June. I month after the purchase. No worries, I emailed it over. I followed up 2 weeks later because I was told it was being next day mailed to the DMV. Thinking this was ample time even if it cane back via USPS snail mail... the plate should be here and I can go. Christy said she had been out and she'd check. This is that follow up from that "check." I'm near tears. This has impeded summer programs, visits, ability to Uber and et al.
