  • Our family is in desperate need of assistance. A family member went into a hospice facility four days ago. A direct transfer from the hospital. At this point, NOBODY has been by to talk to us. To explain the process. To tell us what services are available. To offer us any advice or guidance. We have asked nurses but nobody helps. We are just watching him die and having a terrible time comprehending what is going on. How do we get help from this organization? Maybe I misunderstand hospice. Is this just another hospital where people pass away?
