  • What a disappointment. The sales people lack knowledge, and managers are powerless to correct customer service issues. Nordstrom offers cut rate service for a premium price. Men, you'll do better at Men's Wearhouse. ________ UPDATE: After 4 phone calls, I spoke with the manager of the Men's Dept at the Scottsdale store. She agreed refund me for the suit I purchased. I kept the shirts. I've upped my review to 3 stars. It was more trouble than it should have been, but I learned something and I'm satisfied with this outcone.
