  • I would like to give a shout out to Luis M. An Diana for the time an service that they gave us today . To Often anymore sales an tect. People don't have the time or patience to work with someone an give them the attention needed to help them out an close the deal. I can honestly say that both of them took the time to explain the deal an help with what was needed . They didn't rush us out even tho it was a friday afternoon they were courteous an knowledgeable with what was needed. I went there thinking not so happy with sprint but Luis M. Fixed my phone on the spot so I wouldn't be with out for 10 days an Diana worked with us to set up a family acct. To safe money all the way around :) so thanks to the good customer service I left there a happy sprint customer . Keep up the good work you are appreciated.
