  • I'm not sure how this company is still even in business. We rented a car previous to our trip with payless and we didn't know that you had to CALL THEM to come pick you up. They weren't even open when we called and we had to take a cab from the airport. Take this word (and all of the other reviews about Payless) to heart. DO NOT RENT from them.
