  • Completely rude front desk and lab tech there today. I've never experienced such attitude. Registered my PCP under her old job location ever after I told them 3 times her new office was on the order slip, when I was leaving I saw they didn't change it even after I gave them the correct information and I got attitude when I went up front to correct it before I left. I also got attitude when I was questioning why so many blood vials (there were 10) when I've had the same tests before with 4 or 5 vials. "Well did you read the order?" I also got attitude when I questioned the tech's technique of releasing the tourniquet after 1 or 2 tubes. They only had 1 tech drawing blood and I was there 1 1/2 hours waiting for my turn, and I had an appointment. Never going back!
