  • I was having trouble with some shower drains at a 4Plex on a weekend night. Our goal is to get this problem solved immediately and to keep things flowing, so to speak. When I called Rainforest, it was nearly 10 PM on Friday. The call center took all of my information quickly and sent it to their on call plumber. A few minutes later the on-call plumber, John, called me with an ETA. After he arrived at the property and assessed the problem, he called me back with the course of action and a price upfront, before he did any work. His description was concise and gave me enough detail to make a good decision. He even asked if I was interested in speaking to the on-call supervisor to make sure I understood the issues involved. I was very happy with the service that rain forest provided. Great job!
