  • they are the worse management company that I have seen..they know nothing about the cc&r;s and seems they make up their own rules.as they go..there is a huge turnover with property manager's plus their accounting department is all mess up..They don't get back to the residents in a timely matter, and diffidently incompetent as a management company. Don't waste your money on them...for the work they do...it is a rip off...totally..
