  • Had a last minute appointment. Salon appeared closed but another was there for her as well. I expected a full hair experience but didn't get a wash, dry or upsold! She cut my hair, poorly, and charged me a little extra than quoted. I brought $200 thinking if I was offered color or a relaxer I would do it! The cut is poor as she didn't check length so one side is longer than the other. Moving on, trying to find a good hair dresser.
