  • This was my second time visiting UB, the first being a year or so ago. I had forgotten that they are 24 hours, which I think appeals to many in the area. I also forgot that in the morning, headed north on 7th street, one cannot turn left into the parking lot. So after, maneuvering around the area, I finally arrived. Parking was easy and convenient. Once inside, I was helped promptly and the employees began on my cafĂ© mocha, offering to add a shot of toasted marshmallow syrup. This was quite nice but regretfully, I couldn't taste any of the flavoring in my drink. I didn't realize this until I was several blocks away and my drink had cooled slightly. I also ordered a dark chocolate mocha scone, which was tasty but a tiny bit dry. The interior is a bit messy behind the counter but the seating area is clean. I enjoy supporting local establishments but UB doesn't have a welcoming vibe like others in the area. While not my favorite, I plan on returning here instead of the Bux next door.
