  • I really am giving this place 3.5 stars for two reasons. The noise level and the lack of server loyalty to our table. Atlhough that's not necessarily a bad thing, it was a bit confusing. I'll get to that shortly. We arrived just a few minutes after our reservation, but that's because we got dropped off by the cab on the wrong side and had to hike to the other side where the shops were to get to the restaurant. When we arrived we were seated promptly. We were placed in a nice two top right against the window overlooking The Strip. Really nice view. However, although were so close to each other, it seemed difficult to have a normal conversation. The music was a little loud, which in turn had the patrons talking louder, and the two tops are so close together, we were having to talk over each other tables conversations. I'm sure they felt the same way. This is where I get to the lack of server loyalty. We had someone greet our table almost immediately. He offered us menus and water and said a server would be over shortly. He even put in an order of edamame for us. Server #1. Our edamame came out almost immediately, brought to us by what I assume was a runner. Person #2. The server came over to take our drink orders. Server #3. This was also the same person that took our food order. The previous runner brought out our first round of sushi. The sushi was delicious. We had a couple rolls and the Chef's Sushi sampler. The tuna and salmon we had was like butter. Definitely high quality. When we were finished with our first round, a server asked us if we wanted anything additional. This was a different server from our initial one. Server #4. We said we weren't sure and asked for another menu. Once we decided, we had Server #5 come take our final order. He also brought us our last roll, and brought us our check. When we got the check, I was confused as to who would be getting our tip due to the number of people that served us. While I certainly appreciated the constant attention, I wanted to make sure that the tip was given appropriately. I tipped 20% as I do normally and hopefully the servers receive their tips appropriately, however that may be. Not once did we ever see Server #1 again. All in all, I would probably return here again. Maybe not on my next visit, but at some point.
