  • Complete disappointment - I called to make an appointment for this evening and was told there were several available openings, one being in the next 30 min. I was then asked if I was a member or a new customer. Once I mentioned I was a new customer, I was put on hold for several min only to be told that the 2 available appointments had been booked and the next opening was at 9pm. No thank you.
