All grocery stores leave little to be desired but when it comes to being tricked, the public needs to know. Smiths pork loin roasts have no fat are always tough. I don't buy them. Wrong. Smiths cut pork loin chops in half presenting them like ribs with the fat. They looked exactly like them. When I finally made it and cooked it I figured it out seeing it tastes like cardboard. Fooled me once? No. Smuths had all these pork roasts really cheap again presenting them like pork shoulder roast again it was the loin with no fat. So I roasted it and more cardboard. Now I will only buy pork at wincos who guarantees tender and juicy. Because the roasts were on sale, I bought more. Right. Not smart, but can't shop where I'm paranoid. Though they made it look like something else in all fairness they did mark them correctly. Why would they cut the pork chops in half if not trying to make them look like something else? Bad business.
